Villars Attractions

There’s lots to do in Villars, but one attraction not to be missed is the traditional delight of a descent on the 2km sledge run from Col de Soud to Villars. The sledge run is reached by taking the Villars-Bretaye train then from the Col de Soud train stop, walk for five minutes toward the forest and you will get at the departure point of the run which goes back to the village, just above the Rochegrise apartment buildings. Sledges can be rented at ski shops and current information is available from the tourist office.
