Phillipa knows the ski resorts and accommodation inside out from having spent six years working in the Alps and Colorado Rockies, and then another 17 in management back in the British ski industry. She loves to seek out the best selection of hotels and apartments for our customers, which she says is driven by her desire for all our customers to have the best ski holiday imaginable.

Tilly started her ski journey when she was just 14 months old, when her parents let her experience skiing for the first time with strap-on skis. This passion for skiing then lead to her getting her BASI qualification at the age of 16, so she was able to work for her parents who run the ski school at Glenshee Ski Resort. Tilly also spent her youth racing and won the title of ‘Xcross British Youth Champion’ at the age of 15. Her favourite resort to go on holiday to is Tignes as loves the slopes there. She is very passionate about helping clients find the best accommodation available to them so they can enjoy their ski holiday to the fullest!

Annika has been working in the ski industry for over 15 years, managing a ski groups department before taking a break to raise a family. She’s skied extensively in North America’s biggest ski resorts as well as France, Switzerland, Austria and Japan. These days she loves taking her young kids out on the European slopes whilst seeking out the best accommodation options for our PowderBeds clients; exploring smaller, less known resorts as well as the big ones and always keen to find the best cheese fondue in resort!

Vicky has worked in the ski industry in many different guises over the years and knows the French Alps inside out, having lived and worked in Méribel and Chamonix for the best part of 6 years. She is passionate about offering the best selection of ski accommodation in France & Switzerland and is never happier than on a bluebird powder day.

Michael started skiing at four on the plastic matting of Hillend dry ski slope and soon graduated to family holidays in the Alps and North America. He spent a happy season as a plongeur in the small French resort of Les Orres back in 1990. His washing up days behind him, Michael got a ‘proper’ job which led to him joining Osprey Holidays in 2002. PowderBeds was created by Michael in 2010 after he saw technology was changing the way some people bought their ski holidays. Having skied throughout his life all over the world, Michael is now happiest on a ski holiday in the Alps with his family.
