Tignes has a high number of luxury hotels and apartments that each have their own in-house spas. Alternatively, Le Lagon aquatic and wellness centre is open to all and has a great range of facilities to help you unwind after a long day on the slopes.
One of the most luxurious spas in Tignes is the Ô des Cimes spa in the five star Hotel Les Suites du Nevada in Val Claret. This contemporary, state of the art facility has an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, saunas and Turkish baths where you can loosen off tired limbs. You can also choose from a range of massages and beauty treatments that are conducted by the spa’s experienced therapists using the finest Carita and Décleor products.
The neighbouring Le Nevada apartments have their own luxurious in-house spa, the Centre Spas & Beauty Montagne. Recline in a lounger between dips in the gorgeous indoor swimming pool and hot tub, or relax in the saunas and steam room. For the complete works, why not indulge in one of the spa’s range of beauty treatments or massages.
The spa in the five star Hotel Les Suites du Montana in Tignes Le Lac is simply divine. Its luxury indoor heated pool is set in a bright and spacious area with floor to ceiling windows that look out on the surrounding mountains. If a dip in the pool doesn’t relax you sufficiently, a soak in the hot tub or few minutes in the sauna and oriental steam should do the trick.
An outdoor heated pool surrounded by snow and spectacular mountain scenery has to be one of the best ways to unwind after a day on the slopes, and you can do just that at the gorgeous spa in Hotel Village Montana. And you needn’t worry about getting cold as all you need to do to access the “Nordic pool” is swim through from the indoor pool. Inside there’s also a hot tub, sauna, oriental steam room and relaxation area where you can help yourself to some cleansing herbal tea. The spa’s professional beauty therapists also offer an extensive range of treatments including massage, facials, waxing and manicures.
Guests staying at the neighbouring residences Montana Planton and Montana Airelle also have free access to the spa.
The Hotel L’Ecrin du Val Claret has a fantastic aquatonic centre and spa with a large heated indoor pool and various smaller spa pools with waterfalls and jets to massage weary muscles. There’s also a sauna, steam room and Ô des Cimes spa where you can treat yourself to a wide range of pampering beauty treatments. It’s a great place to take the whole family and the centre’s staff will keep an eye on the kids so that you can relax completely.
Those staying in the new luxury Residence Kalinda in Tignes Les Boisses have access to its wonderful Ô des Cimes spa, which has an indoor heated swimming pool, separate kids’ pool, hot tub, saunas, steam room and treatment rooms where you can book a relaxing massage or pampering beauty therapy.
In addition to a 25m pool with six lanes and leisure pool with wave machine and massage jets, Le Lagon watersports complex in Tignes Le Lac has an excellent wellness area with hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and an ice bath. It’s open to everyone and you’ll even get one free entry with every 2-15 day lift pass.
