Travel Directions to Les Houches, France

At just under an hour from Geveva, travel to Les Houches is quick and easy to plan. Located in the Northern Alps between Chamonix on the East and Saint Gervais on the West, having a car for your stay allows easier access to the immense Chamonix Mont Blanc ski area. With its close proximity to Geneva, Les Houches enjoys regular transfer links by bus as well as trains to the station in the town.

Geneva Airport - 88km / approx 1 hour

By far the easiest airport to fly to for to Les Houches. Cham Express offer cheap and regular transfers as do Geneva Airport Transfers. Altibus also serve the route well with a regular coach service

We'd recommend a private or shared transfer with Ski Lifts

Chambéry Airport - 145km / approx 1.5 hours

There’s not much in the way of public transport between Chambéry and Chamonix, but the drive isn’t too long so you can hire a car or take a private transfer with Ski Lifts

Lyon Airport - 220 km / approx 2 hours

Other than hiring a car and driving you can take a private transfer with Ski Lifts as above

Turin Airport - 175 km / approx 2 hours

Other than forking out a small fortune for a taxi, your only real option here is hire car, but at 2 hours it is an easily doable drive.
