Call the hotel 30 minutes before your arrival in Zermatt train station and you will be welcomed by hotel staff at the train station who’ll get your luggage. Make your way to the Matterhorn Express cable car either by foot (15-minute walk) or a local taxi shuttle. Please consider that you must reach the last cable car to Furi, which leaves depending on season between 5-6pm.
