Isola 2000 is a good choice for petrol head skiers and boarders as the resort combines these two loves in a multitude of motorised activities on snow. Learn ice driving on the resort’s ice track, or just whizz round the track in an ice kart. Shopping

Besides the food and ski shops listed separately, Isola 2000 has half-a-dozen other shops selling other essential holiday services. These include several clothing stores, a newsagents, a chemist, and Lynx Photo (+33 (0)6 73 48 36 74), the resort’s photographic store. There’s also a bank, post office and laundrette.
