Which resorts are opening soon?

We know what it's like. You've been waiting all summer to dust off your skis, dig out your boots and head out on the hills, but with so many resorts opening early because of the early season snow it's hard to know what's actually up and running.

With this in mind, here's a list of resorts that have confirmed their opening dates.

Switzerland
Grindelwald, Wengen, Mürren, Davos, Klosters, Engleberg, Flims-Laax, St Moritz, Saas Fee (just the weekend)

Open on the 15th of December

France
La Plagne, Les Arcs, La Tania, Saint Martin de Belleville, La Rosière, Valloire, Peisey Vallandry

Switzerland
Crans Montana, Saas Fee (just the weekend, full area Dec 22nd)
